The objective of Mysky SICTA- Maintenance & Technical Control is to provide solutions for automatization of the operational and technical processes of the airlines aiming the security, the organizational optimization and conformity with the responsible agencies.
The Maintenance module works with the aircraft technical control management. It monitors the components, their limits, intervals and transactions among aircrafts, repair shops and leasing.
It also allows the tracing and planning of airworthiness directives, according to the manufacturers and country regulations’ specifications.
Troubleshooting is another functionality that allows the Quality Control Department the managent of maintenance reports, deferred or executed items. It also manages the Work Orders, internal and external, and their corresponding items, man/hour and required material.
The Maintenance module is integrated to the Stock module, associating material requests to a WO / item, and to the Technical Purchases module.
In this way it feeds the Reliability meeting the aircraft maintenance division's requirements in the sense of controlling and monitoring incidence of failures in a determined system and/or component.
This module of MySky does the Technical Control, Corrective Maintenance (Troubleshooting), Control of Leasing (Same type) and Control of Service Orders (SO).
The Purchases aims to manage the quotations, purchase orders and arrival of material (Invoice), aiming to control the technical supply.
The Inventory controls the flow of requests and returns of consumable and rotable components in the inventory, providing the Maintenance Department with input on the purchase planning, inspection execution, check-ups and tasks.
The Technical Publications aims to manage all the technical manuals of the Company and revisions supplied by the manufacturers, as well as controlling the holders, amounts of copies, departments or bases where they are placed.
